Established in 2019, Bourbon Country: Roofing, Home Exterior, Custom Homes originally started as a roofing business by co-owners Chad and Kevin.
After becoming heavily involved in new construction homes they quickly expanded and partnered with local businesses to offer Home Exterior work and Custom Home builds.
Bourbon Country: Roofing, Home Exterior, Custom Homes is a proud Veteran Owned Business located in central Kentucky servicing Kentuckiana.

Chad G. Ubbelohde
Chad is married to his wife, Courtney and they have 3 girls, Hannah, Olivia, and Allie.
He is originally from Wisconsin, but came to Kentucky in 2009 while being stationed at Fort Knox. He served in the United States Army for 13 years, including overseas tours in South Korea, Kuwait, Jordan, and Afghanistan.
Chad is also employed as a Firefighter/EMT with the City of Bardstown Fire Department.
Chad is a very hard worker, but also loves to spend time with family, travel, and help coach youth Football in Elizabethtown.
Chad is a Co-Owner and Founder of Bourbon Country Roofing, LLC.
Kevin Carter
Kevin is married to his wife, Becky. They have a son, Peyton & 2 girls, Taylor and Adison.
Kevin is a local home grown Kentucky native, born and raised within Hardin County.
Kevin is also an Army Veteran that served overseas during the Iraq Campaign.
Kevin previously worked as a Production Director overseeing several Foremen & production crews, along with maintaining accountability of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of materials.
Kevin is a very hard worker but also loves to be able to spend time with family, hunt, and help coach youth Softball in Elizabethtown.
Kevin is a Co-Owner and Founder of Bourbon Country Roofing, LLC.
Luke Bland
Luke Bland, along with his family, owns and operates Bland's Remodeling.
With 22 years of experience in the industry, Luke takes pride in providing top-notch exterior home improvements.
His wife of 25 years, Stephanie, and their two children, Maci and Dillon, play integral roles in the family business. Maci enjoys volleyball, basketball, and horses, while Dillon pursues a degree in sports medicine and plays collegiate baseball alongside his long-term girlfriend, Alexis.
As subcontractors with Bourbon Country, the Bland family is dedicated to ensuring customers have an exceptional remodeling experience.
